RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible physical products. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
• Unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered;
• In the same condition in which it was received;
• Returned with its original tags and packaging; and
• Accompanied by a receipt or other proof of purchase.
Items showing signs of wear, washing, odors, stains, damage caused after delivery, removed tags, or alteration may be refused.
STARTING A RETURN
To request a return, contact notchuralkouture@gmail.com and include your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request.
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the authorized return address. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Do not send returns to an address shown on the original shipping package unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
RETURN SHIPPING
Unless an item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return-shipping costs. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless required by law or the return resulted from our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Notchural Kouture is not responsible for unauthorized returns or return packages lost in transit.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact notchuralkouture@gmail.com as soon as possible and include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
We will evaluate the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund, or other resolution at no additional cost to you.
NONRETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned unless defective or otherwise required by law:
• Gift cards;
• Digital products or downloadable content after delivery or access;
• Items marked final sale;
• Personalized or custom-made products;
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, stained, or damaged after delivery; and
• Items without their original tags.
For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel and swimwear may only be returned if unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and protective liners intact.
Contact us before purchasing if you have questions about whether a specific item is eligible for return.
SALE ITEMS
Items specifically marked “Final Sale” are not returnable. A discounted price alone does not make an item final sale unless the product page or checkout clearly identifies it as such.
EXCHANGES
We do not process direct exchanges. To obtain another size, color, or style, request a return for the original eligible item. After the return is approved, place a separate order for the replacement item.
Placing a new order does not guarantee that the desired item will remain available.
REFUNDS
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, contact notchuralkouture@gmail.com.
Refunds apply only to the approved returned merchandise unless applicable law requires otherwise. Original shipping charges and customer-paid return-shipping costs are generally nonrefundable.
CANCELLATIONS
Contact notchuralkouture@gmail.com immediately if you need to cancel an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order enters processing or fulfillment. If cancellation is no longer possible, you may request a return after delivery under this policy.
CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived. Customers in jurisdictions providing mandatory cancellation, return, or refund rights retain those rights.
